Join us for Silent Book Club Libertyville at our favorite local indie bookstore, About Time Bookstore!Whether you're halfway through a fantasy series, finally starting that romance everyone's talking about, diving into nonfiction, or bringing your Kindle, this is your chance to unplug, slow down, and enjoy dedicated reading time surrounded by fellow book lovers.No assigned books. No required discussion. No pressure.Just bring whatever you're currently reading, find a cozy spot in the bookstore, and enjoy a peaceful evening with a community of readers.How the evening works:📚 Arrive between 6:00–6:30 PM, browse the bookstore, meet some bookish local friends, and settle in.📖 We'll spend an hour reading quietly together.💛 After reading, you're welcome to stay and chat, keep browsing About Time's amazing selection of books, swap book recommendations, check out the physical book swap —or head home if that's more your style!Whether you're coming solo or bringing a friend, Silent Book Club is designed to be welcoming, low-key, and perfect for readers of every genre.What to bring:Your current book, Kindle, audiobook, or reading material of choiceA book (or two, three, etc.) that you would want to swap! Beginner Needlepoint Bookmark Class with Stitch Break Studio
Join Jenna from Stitch Break Studio as we host a beginner-friendly needlepoint class designed to help people unplug, create, and connect! Have you ever wanted to try needlepoint but weren’t sure where to start? Join us on September 17th as Jenna guides you through a beginner-friendly bookmark project that you’ll take home with you! Each class is all-inclusive, with everything you need to get started: a printed canvas, threads, needle, stitch guide, and project bag. You’ll leave with a started piece and new needlepoint skills, making this the perfect creative night out for beginners. Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate and hands-on. Come stitch, sip, and relax with us for a cozy evening of creativity!
Threshing Day Breakfast Book Release Party
Join us as we celebrate the highly anticipated release of Rebecca Yarro's Threshing Day: (Wing and Claw Collection) Empyrean series Let's celebrate the release of Threshing Day by Rebecca Yarros with a morning release party! We’ll have coffee and bagels, stickers, books, and more! You do not need to stay the full 2 hours (unless you want to) - come to mingle, get some food, and grab your book before heading out for the day! Ticket options: General Admission without a copy of the book: $10.00 (this is a great option for anyone who has already placed their pre-order through us for the book!) General Admission with a copy of the book: $37.18 (this includes your book with tax and the event goodies) **Rebecca Yarros will NOT be in attendance
