Join us at About Time Bookstore for a guided journaling workshop where Meg Runyan will lead you through 3 different styles of journaling. You’ll get to experience each style for yourself in real time. (And don’t worry, Meg won’t ask anyone to share what they’ve written.) This is NOT a writing class. It’s a space to explore and try something new.
Bring your own pad of paper, notebook, loose printer paper, or journal- whatever you got will work! Bring your favorite pen or the one floating around your purse. No need for perfection here.

Banned Books Read In
Join us on October 11th at 5 PM for a Banned Book Read-In! We will kick off with a short introduction on what book censorship is and how to fight book bans and then allow time to write postcards to representatives and silently read a banned book of your choice!

Join us at O'Toole's Libertyville for an event with New York Times and USA Today bestselling authors, Elle Cosimano and Hannah Morrissey to celebrate the release of their new cozy mystery / romantic comedy, Home for the Homicides! Your Ticket Includes: Entry to the author conversation One drink ticket A hardcover copy of Home for the Homicides A photo opp and signing line The authors will have a meet and greet photo opportunity after the discussion. Home for the Homicides books will be pre-signed but you can get them personalized if you wish. Other books by Elle and Hannah will also be available to be ordered and picked up at the event. Each attendee can bring 2 books per author from home for signing. There will be additional signed stock of books authored by Elle and Hannah for purchase at the event. 6:00 PM: Doors Open – Grab your book, get your drinks, get settled in and ready for the discussion. 6:30 PM: Discussion Begins – Elle and Hannah will dive into Home for the Homicides. 7:15 PM: Q&A Session – Your chance to ask the authors your burning questions about their books. 7:30 PM: Personalization's, Snapping Pics, and Salutations – Meet Elle and Hannah, get your books personalized, and snap a photo! 8:30 PM: Event Wraps Up – Thanks for joining us!
