Connie Richardson
Connie Richardson's debut novel was influenced by her own love of fly-fishing and her favorite locations out west. She teaches middle school English and language arts and coaches cross country in the Chicago suburbs. Connie has published articles, short stories, and blog posts for the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) and Scribbler, and she is a writing mentor in Mary Adkin's MFA-alternate program, The Book Incubator. When she is not teaching, writing, or fly-fishing, she enjoys running and cooking, trying out new recipes for her family and friends.

EC Quinn
E.C. Quinn is a lifelong animal lover, avid reader, and author of multiple stories for both kids and adults, with 25 stories published in Guide magazine and two stories in Chicken Soup for the Soul books. Premonition: The Gift, Quinn’s debut novel, is book one in her middle-grade adventure series. Stay tuned for the second book in the Premonition series as well as her upcoming debut adult novel, a psychological thriller.

Each class is all-inclusive, with everything you need to get started: a printed canvas, threads, needle, stitch guide, and project bag. You’ll leave with a started piece and new needlepoint skills, making this the perfect creative night out for beginners. Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate and hands-on.
